Quality Control

• Quality of raw materials:

All of our laces and fabrics are inspected through a fabric inspection machine to ensure that there are 0% defects before being supplied to the production department.

Our quality team answer to our clients’ technical specifications for each particular request as well as the regular test performed by dying & production lots such as color fastness, shrinkage, color shading etc…

• Quality of finished products:

Each production lot has a tracking number that allows us to track any quality issues from material production & dying lot to inline production.

We perform very strict inline production monitoring.

We always perform AQL (acceptable quality limit) inspections, based on clients’ requirements before each shipment is sent.
